Fertilizing provides the essential nutrients needed to have a thick, green and healthy lawn. We use “Scotts Turf Builder” which is the industry leading granular lawn fertilizer.
We use gas powered commercial aerators and walk behind lawn spreaders for fertilizing.

Aeration cost depends on size of lawn and whether it’s the front and/or the back. It can range from $50-$100+ depending on the size of your lawn.
Fertilization cost depends on size of lawn and whether it’s the front and/or the back. It can range from $50-$65+ for larger lawns.
We offer an Aeration & Fertilization package for the season which consists of 1 spring aeration + 3 fertilizer applications (spring/summer/fall). When this package is purchased, a %15 discount will be applied.
Frequency
Spring Aeration is ideally done at the beginning of the growth season which is mid to late April.
